Facility Coordinator – Operations
Role Overview: The Facility Coordinator supports the Facility Manager in overseeing daily building operations and ensuring service excellence across all departments. This role focuses on coordinating maintenance, safety, and vendor activities, tracking performance data, and ensuring policy compliance for commercial towers, residential and Warehouses. Responsibilities: To coordinate day-to-day facility operations across MEP, HVAC, ELV, housekeeping and security teams as well as maintain their up-to-date documentation including logs, reports, and service level agreements (SLA) targets. Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues and tenant service requests. Ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with project teams during fit-outs and renovations to minimize disruptions. Enforce standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with local safety regulations, building codes and environmental standard as well as conduct routine audits to identify non-compliance and recommend corrective actions. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all facility functions and analyze outcome through reports to Management for further decision making.
